if you can send instructions to a normal printer via command line to start printing, then it can be done with dopdf too (there are some command line printer controls in Windows), however you'd still get that Save PDF window to show up.

no, with dopdf you'll always get that Save PDF window - if you're interested in an autosave option check out http://www.novapdf.com (this is our other PDF related product, though it is commercial).

Hi, have you tried printing a different document or printing a simple text file from notepad to see if it works? If it does then it might be that the document you're trying to print has a very long filename, or is located in a folder with a long name.
