No, doPDF cannot be controlled programatically. You should look at our developer tools created for the commercial version (novaPDF). The direct link is: http://www.novapdf.com/en/pdf-toolkit.html

Sorry, you cannot remove that with doPDF. You can set document properties with novapdf but that's the commercial version - http://www.novapdf.com
