Hello,
I am afraid that doPDF does not support this feature.
However all the novaPDF versions support the option so you can use novaPDF Lite to achieve the side by side alignment.

Unfortunately we do not have a Mac available for testing purposes as we can only verify that our created PDFs are in line with the Adobe standard and can be opened with the Adobe Reader.
