I am afraid you cannot do this within the dopdf application.
You have to edit the document with the parts you want to be sent before printing it.

Unfortunately we do not support Mac systems with doPDF so we cannot say if it will work or not on MAC OS. However on Windows this is how it works as explained in the previous reply.

If you are using the default windows photo manager interface to convert then this is the normal behavior for the printer.
Batch conversions cannot be done with doPDF i am afraid.

This is unlikely.
If you can let us know the application name from where you are printing and also send us the file you are having issues with at [email protected] we can try to do some tests.
