DoPDF can only be deployed in a Windows environment with the expected results. Other OS or Platforms are not supported for the moment so we cannot make this work for you.

We tried the internet explorer but could not replicate the behavior.
If you are printing from Notepad for example are you getting the same results?

We tried to replicate the issue but the option worked as expected on all the prints that have been done.
Can you please let us know from what application are you doing the printing?
