Please select the Embed fonts option when printing the files with doPDF and give it another try opening them on the MAC computer. Unfortunately we cannot replicate this behavior for the exact cause at our location.

You can install doPDF from the command line but you cannot print with doPDF from the command line unfortunately.
Can you tell me to which of the actions you were referring to?
