It's strange, I believe Adobe Reader has a small problem, because we only send a "signal" to open the PDF, basically just like someone double-clicking a PDF file. Have you tried a different pdf viewer, like Foxit PDF reader (free too)? You would have to set it as the default.

Use the Print Preview option in the program you're printing from to see if the result contains all pages. If it does, send us please the newsletter to make a test conversion here too (info at dopdf).

Hi, that's not controlled by doPDF, but by the program that sends to doPDF for printing. So make sure you're photos are in the order you want printed in the initial program.

Hi, the hyperlinks have to be starting with http or www, otherwise adobe reader won't recognize them.

Sorry, we only speak English. However if I understand correctly you want to edit the fonts in the PDF, and that's not possible with doPDF.

Hi, we don't have an API for doPDF, but we do have some products for developers at http://www.novapdf.com/en/pdf-toolkit.html - there's even some java samples for instance at http://www.novapdf.com/kb/java-pdf-writer-sdk-sample-323.html if you are interested.

I assume that it's a file printed with doPDF, it seems that it got blocked in the queue so you need to restart the print spooler service, easiest way would be to restart your computer if you haven't already done so. If that doesn't work unlock that mdi file using a tool such as Unlocker.

Hi, sorry but doPDF only converts from a printable document to PDF, not the other way around. Do a search on google for "pdf to epub" and see maybe there are some tools to help you with the conversion.

Hi,

It would be best to have a fresh installation of the newest version of doPDF to ensure functionality.

Thank you.

Hello,

Please make sure you have the Adobe reader setup to be the default application for opening PDF files.

Also let us know the doPDF version and build you have installed on your computer so we can test this as well from here.

Thank you.
