Hi,
You can convert your A4 PDF to an A5 format one by choosing the A5 page size in the Properties window for doPDF when printing from Adobe Reader for example.

Hello,
Unfortunately doPDF does not contain this feature. However you can try the standard desktop version of our novaPDF application to achieve this with the Graphics option set to Monochrome.

Hello,
Unfortunately this is related to the User Access Control setting in Windows 7 and the Internet Explorer 8 and 9 Setup forcing the users to print only in safe directories and we cannot do much as a workaround for this.
