Unfortunately doPDF is not natively supported on Mac computers. You can however try an emulator such as WineHQ to run the application as it may work that way.

Please let us know more details about the problem such as the exact version of doPDF you have on the computer as well as the OS version.


Also check for any issues with the date from the PC as doPDF takes the system date from Windows OS when printing.
