@BMGRAHAM - have you tried printing from another browser (chrome or internet explorer) via doPDF to see if it still happens? Or is it possible to send us the url that crashes Firefox?

Sorry about the late reply, we were on an extended holiday. Unfortunately in your case doPDF didn't install correctly, so the only solution would be trying to install it again after cleaning the previous installation.

We've adjusted the operating system list on our site, thank you for letting us know about that. While doPDF should still work on Windows 2000, we are not testing new builds on it thus we cannot guarantee that it works fine.
