Does this happen when trying to print from another browser too (i.e. chrome)? If it's not happening only in Firefox, try disabling javascript in firefox (use the web developer tools plugin) and see if the printing works - if this will work there's a problem with the page itself.

<p>Hi Bart,<br /> I'm sorry but that can't be done with doPDF. What you'd need in this case would be a program that does OCR, which would basically get the scanned JPEG and extract the text out of it. You can read more about such programs here wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_optical_character_recog...

<p>Would it be possible to email us your ppt file and the resulting pdf to info@dopdf.com? This way we can troubleshoot what's happening, because in our tests it prints correctly from Powerpoint 2010 so it must be something within your specific powerpoint file. </p> <p>Don't think it would help in t...

Hi Gilles,

Actually the instructions on the http://www.dopdf.com/fr/telechargement-rapide.php page are correct, the last instruction you've given above actually says how to create pdf from word using word's pdf/xps printer.

This is strange, have you tried printing from Internet Explorer and/or Firefox too to see if it has the same behavior? We've tested this intensively in our environments and we haven't had reports about this happening, so maybe it's something with your Chrome version that you have installed.

Make sure you have the same version of doPDF installed on all computers.

When the Save As pdf window is shown, there's a radio button with "Small file" and another with "High quality images". Make sure the "Small file" one is selected on both computers during save.

<p>doPDF will use as the filename for the PDF the information that the program you print from sends to it. So probably the PDFs are not in order because the filename is not a.jpg.pdf, b.jpg.pdf, ...<br /> When creating the PDF you are prompted with the Save As window. In there you can specify the Fi...
