Re: Bad Installation of doPDF 8.0.915
The error with your initial build installation was due to problems when trying to stop the print spooler service and you also had some missing registry keys. If everything uninstalled correctly this time, you should try installing build 915 again (assuming you restarted your computer in the meantime...

Re: Mark a Forum Topic Closed?
There isn't actually a way to do that, I can lock one though - however you can leave topics as they are in case someone else experiences the same problem and wants to reply.

Re: define paper sizes
@farnold can you please check on the about page of dopdf that you have indeed a build newer than 8.0.908 (that's when the custom size option was introduced)? If you do and it still happens, is it possible for you to send us at info@dopdf.com the original document you converted from for us to test?

Re: HP driver problems with doPDF 8.0.911.0.
Please send us to info@dopdf.com the log files located in your TEMP folder ( details here dopdf-v8-fails-to-install-t4056.html#p6637 ) so that we can troubleshoot what happened. Also, Win 8.1 what edition is it?

Re: dopdf v7 4.01 MB VS dopdf v8 42.8 MB

Re: aol conflict
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by using doPDF with aol. Are you trying to create a pdf from the main aol homepage? If so, what browser are you using for us to test this here. Also, would it be possible for you to try creating a pdf from a different browser?

Re: dopdf v7 4.01 MB VS dopdf v8 42.8 MB
Did you use the same settings for creating the PDF? If you choose small file in v7, choose the same in v8. If you did keep the same settings, can you send us the original document you converted to info@dopdf.com so we could troubleshoot this?
Re: dopdf 8
I understand, we're still working on adding the other languages.
