Sorry, that won't be possible to have it "fixed" from dopdf, because dopdf gets the settings from the application you print from. So you should try to set this resolution in the application you're printing from (if it's word, you can lower the resolution for the images to 72dpi).

have you tried creating a pdf file from a different program then the one you've created this which fails to open (most likely because it's 0kb which means something went wrong during printing)?

doPDF 6.2.294 is now available for download. This release contains a fix for a bug in the previous versions - if the path+title to save the PDF was too long, dopdf was freezing (it's colder during winter in Windows too).

Can you send the original document (.docx) to info[]dopdf[]com so we could try troubleshooting here? If it's senzitive information you can replace it, we just need a document that we can reproduce this error with.

Melvin is right, this isn't a problem with dopdf, in this case is firefox so better use IE for this one.

Hi, did you try embedding the fonts in the pdf? I'm thinking maybe on the os system the font was not present.
