hi, this is fixed, simply check the Always on top option once in the save as window, and it will be remembered everytime. if it doesn't show up make sure you install a newer version of dopdf.

1) most likely it's done in powerpoint and after that converted to a pdf

2) those bookmarks are originally created in the powerpoint too, and carried over during the conversion to pdf

Hi, you can't skip that with doPDF, but if you're interested you can take a look at novaPDF (it's commercial not free as dopdf) as it will let you do silent printing.

I've tested this and from Word it doesn't deselect the pages, so maybe you have an older version. However why don't you change the size of the original document to be 90/120 and after that print it to doPDF? This way for sure it will convert it.
