I've just tested this and it does remove the files when using the uninstaller. However make sure that the driver isn't used at that moment (maybe you've started another print job) and also don't use multiple uninstallers at once (at it looks from the screenshot)

this is indeed a bug in win7 x64. we've reproduced this here and we'll have it fixed in the next build.
