You cannot do that with doPDF, you would need a tool such as Adobe Acrobat Professional that also has options to add interactivity to a PDF and 3D PDF.

Does this happen to a particular CorelDraw document or to any document (if you haven't tested try printing a blank page via dopdf)?

make sure you have the same version of adobe acrobat installed on both machines, maybe you need to update the one on machine b

<r>actually dopdf doesn't do the link conversion, that is done by Adobe Reader. If you would like to convert hidden hyperlink I suggest you to try novaPDF - <URL url="http://www.novapdf.com/">http://www.novapdf.com/</URL> - as it comes with add-ins for Word, Excel, ... , and when using those add-ins...
