It might be an issue with the page you are printing. Try printing from another browser too (i.e. Chrome).

Make sure you download and install the full installer here:
http://download.dopdf.com/download/setup/dopdf-full.exe
If the download finishes correctly the final size will be 49.4Mb.

Just launch the installer, it will overwrite the existing installation of 8.x

You have to fully uninstall any files related to doPDF 8.6 and after that retry the installation (verify in Services that you don't have a novaPDF service still remaining). There must be something from an older installation that prevents the new files from being copied.

Can you try installing 942 again? This way it will show in your list of programs you can uninstall and you'll be able to run our uninstaller.
