I'm having the same problem with PromoPDF (and now doPDF, too!) . The WBEM appaers to have the correct name (no blanks) and I have copied the framedyn DLL to my windows/system32/wbem folder. I then uninstalled and reinstalled, and still no primoPDF in my Printers List.

Hi, I'm having the same problem too.

Except, I'm trying to save files to c:\ from the internet (i'm trying to download a program). Do you know how to solve this issue?

As far as I know, you're only allowed to add comments in Acrobat Reader to PDFs that are created with Adobe-certified utilities. It's a license issue, not a document issue.
