"Save PDF As" window hidden redux

Hi!
We're using dopdf version 10.0.107 on a Win7 x64 and it seems this old bug is back.
Same issue as described in the old thread

Any update on this? I see the same behavior with both doPDF 9.6.245 and 10.1.112 when I try to print to doPDF in Microsoft Word and Excel 2010 on win7 professional SP1 x64

This issue should be solved in v11.
