Resolution DPI Problem

Hi to all.

My problem is:

when i choose 72 DPI resolution output the doPDF program change automatically at 300DPI.

I use under Freehand Mx 11, but few days ago it works correctly.

Then format the pc and now don't work correctly.
Do you have idea why? Please help me, i need it!!
