Printing problem IE9

No pdf file generate out when select printer DoPDF for IE9.

Error message from window:

Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.

windows will notify you if a solution is available.


Windows: Vista Home basic SP2


Note: Other than webpage is able to generate PDF file

We tried to replicate the issue but all the webpages we tried printed correctly on the OS you specified. Can you please send us the link you are trying to print and also let us know where are you trying to save the file on the computer?

Thanks for reply.

Sorry for unable to provide you the linking due to that webpage is e-banking.

The pop up receipt is unable to print out.

Scenario:

Click the print receipt button --> pop up webpage window --> select printer --> error message show and no pdf generated.

The document is saved on desktop.


I tried to uninstalled the DoPDF and reinstall again. The issue still same.

We have tried multiple scenarios using online banking pages with popups etc in IE9 but all the printing has been successful. This may also be related to the way IE9 handles that specific popup page unfortunately so there is not much more we can do to troubleshoot this out.
