PDFs created from Excel, some links don't work
In Excel, if I create a link in Excel by simply typing the link, the link will work when I print the spreadsheet as a PDF.
Example: http://www.google.com/
If I create the link using the Excel function =HYPERLINK(), it doesn't work in the printed PDF. The text is blue and underlined, but the link doesn't work.
Example: =HYPERLINK("https://www.google.com/foo?bar=" & H21, H21)
Is this by design? Is there any chance you can make this work?
Thanks,
Scooter

Re: PDFs created from Excel, some links don't work
Hi,
The link must be visible such as http://www.novapdf.com/ to be converted via the regular printer driver.
However, you can use the add-in for Excel that comes with doPDF to print and that will recognize "hidden" hyperlinks such as the one you gave as an example.
