Hello,
doPDF simply prints whatever it receives from the source application, does not manage or intervene over the document layout in any way unless specified by the user. Please check the AutoCAD settings and test them with different printouts to see what may be the issue. You can also try other virtual printers to see if this is AutoCAD related or it is because of doPDF.
