there are many pdf editors available, try PDFedit which is open source.

the one you mentioned, can it also edit pdf which has arabic language fonts inside? Because that is the pdf ebook I want to edit for.
Also, what about this one:

don't really know, haven't tested it with arabic font but if you have the font installed on your computer i don't see why pdfedit shouldn't work.
