Install/Upgrade Hangs (Version 9.3 Build 937)
Install/Upgrade Hangs (Version 9.3 Build 937)
Hi,
I'm a longtime user of DoPDF. I am on Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134).
When I got a notification that version 9.3 Build 937 was available, I upgraded as I have several times in the past. However, the install keeps hanging at 82% (Removing Applications).
I left the program running for over an hour, but it never proceeded past this point. I then uninstalled doPDF from my computer using Control Panel and re-booted the computer. I downloaded 9.3 Build 937 from your website, and attempted a clean install............but the same thing happened. The install hangs at 82% (Removing Applications).
In each instance, I tried pressing the "Cancel" button as well, but nothing happened.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Please try the newest build released yesterday (239). If this issue still happens, email us at support[]novapdf.com as we'll need some logs.
