Install Problem

I ran through the install on a Windows 7 machine....everything worked fine. It created a printer dopdf.....I installed it on a XP machine and it runs through the install fine but never created the printer dopdf.....anybody run into this problem before? Thanks!!

I upgraded to doPDF 7.3.393 and the result is that my doPDF printer that showed up as one of my available printers has disappeared.
It was present since I installed 7.2.376.

I tried to reinstall the 7.2.376 but no result sofar.
I am terribly handicapped since I use it frequently especially in using macros within MS Excel. :
