Is there a way that after doPDF creates a PDF document as a form, that the forms can be filled in.

I would like to create a registration form for music students (which will be in Microsoft PUBLISHER), then to convert it to PDF & send it out to parents, and I would like for them to fill in the forms & send back to me through email.

I even tried creating the forms within the Publisher program, but even though doPDF saves those, there seems to be no way to edit or fill in the forms after it becomes a PDF document. I sure can't afford to buy the Adobe product.
