File Size too Large

I printed a document to a pdf and the size came in as 168,000 KB, this is too large to email. Is there a way to compress this file before emailing it, or printing it to a smaller size file?

Hi, I am a new user and can't seem to navigate to where I want to go.
I want to know how to reduce the size of my PDF files and I am unable to access the posts that were placed in response to Gayle's request dated Dec 11 2012. Everytime I try to link in with Softlands reply and redirection to this site and the forums, I get back to the beginning. I need help to find the posts. Thank you.
