.eps logo image not recognizeable in pdf printing

I'm am trying to print to a pdf from MS Word documents and PowerPoint slides with my .eps file logo. The text in the .eps image prints great but the design element alters into something unrecognizable. Fonts are imbedded.
Greatly appreciate any insight to fix this issue ASAP.

Hi, can you please send us the word or powerpoint file with that logo embedded to info[at]dopdf[dot]com so we could check this problem and if it's a bug fix it? Thank you.
