Custom page size

I recently downloaded doPDF 8 and I am unable to find custom page size. From everything I read says it has it, but I have put in on two computers (one XP and one Windows 7) and still don't have that choice. I only have predetermined and what I need is not there.

Only predefined forms are available now, however we have dozens of them, is there one in particular we're missing that we could add in a future build?
