Cannot see review comments in Acrobat Pro Extended
If I use Adobe Reader 10 to look at a review PDF, I can see a screen asking me to CONNECT. And when the PDF is open, I can see all the comments with the "Check for new comments" button at the top left side of the PDF file.
Now they installed Acrobat Pro Extended for me the other day. When I open the same review PDF in Pro Extended, I do not see the CONNECT screen, and I do not see any comments. What's wrong with Pro Extended? Why is it not working? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
