Avoid printing a page?

I am creating a great looking Word Doc that i have to convert to PDF to get the fonts correct. The first page has a very colourful image. When it's printed, the image uses up most of a toner cartridge
Is there a way to set up the PDF so that the first page isnt printed by my clients?

Hello,
Unfortunately doPDF only prints whatever it receives from the source application, in your case Microsoft Word. It cannot setup preferential printing unfortunately. You can set this up manually from Word if you wish for the first page not to be printed however your clients may or may not choose this setup from their end.
